Safety & Security at Riverside Lodge Retirement Community Grand Island, NE
Your security and peace of mind are important. All exterior doors at Riverside Lodge Retirement Community are locked in the evening, and a voice entry system at the front door allows residents to talk with visitors by telephone before letting them into the building. Residents have additional security because all of the unit doors open into an interior hallway.
The facility has a Wireless Call System for every resident. Every resident has a pendant to wear around their neck. If necessary, the resident presses the button to signal for help. When pressed, the signal and location of the resident is broadcast and staff will respond to check on the wellbeing of you or your loved one.
All independent and assisted living apartments are furnished with an urgency call system and smoke detectors that are monitored by Riverside Lodge Retirement Community staff twenty-four hours a day. Attached garages are accessible from the central hallway of the building.
